The staff is always great and on point. My dog's food was recalled and they gave us a free bag along with a purchase plan when we purchase so many bags we get one for free. Everybody is always willing to help and dogs are welcome! This is a cool little shop for all of your pets needs focused around dogs mainly.

I loved going to Fetch in Springfield while passing through. This dog toy is very durable and adorable. My dog ducky loves everything fish, so I was so happy to have found fish skin rolls. The employees were awesome, and helped me decide which collars to get my pups. They even gave me a free sticker. My dogs are boarding for the first time right now while I’m on this trip, and I’m so happy to have found these goodies to bring back to them!

This quaint pet supply store is very deceiving from the outside. Once you step inside, you are welcomed by extremely friendly and helpful staff as well as a warm and cozy environment. This place doesn't look like much from the outside but it is well worth a stop in to pamper your pets. The bakery counter was well stocked with plenty of treats and fancy delicacies for your four legged friend to enjoy. I can tell you this, my two dogs really enjoyed what I brought back home for them.

Fetch has become one of my favorite places to shop in town. The staff is phenomenal and they have an amazing supply of dog treats, food, bones, toys, and so much more! Their dog wash is so easy to use and extremely convenient. They have also kept our sweet boy stylish this winter!

Great selection and prices. Got a really cool happy birthday doggo cake to celebrate for a little bichon poodle named Darcy. While I was there scooped a medium center bone for a larger pup of my buddies. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
